Refund Policy
| Refund Policy: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Plan review fees are not refundable once an application has been processed and reviewed. Up to a maximum of 80% of Permit fees may be refunded for cancelled permits, depending on the number of inspections performed.
